September 29 – October 3

as Mayo Clinic Health System. Its mission is to thank employees and volunteers for their service to patients and
to present Mayo Clinic values and history as an inspiration for our work today.
The events shown below are open to the public.

New Heritage Film, “Always More to Learn – The Spirit of Education at Mayo Clinic” premieres September 29 on this website
The founders of Mayo Clinic set a high value on lifelong learning. Throughout their careers, they traveled extensively to watch master surgeons at work and look for ways to better serve their patients. They shared their knowledge freely, welcoming thousands of doctors who came to learn at what one of them called “a clearinghouse for the best work of the world’s hospitals.”
This film tells stories of people experiencing the clinic’s spirit of education during its formative years.
Watch the film preview now and the full film beginning September 29.
